Martine Bournérias is the Manager of the Financial Services Practice at Progress. Partner of the Cabinet since 1986, she contributed to developing and structuring the insurance focus and has since taken over the management of the Financial Services Practice. She has been working with the main players in the sector for over twenty years, advising them on the best ways to reinforce and renew their management teams and top experts. The Financial Services Practice at Progress is one of the market‘s leading references.
Since September 2013, she has been a member of the “Association Sciences Po” Board.
In 1994 Martine Bournérias played a key role in helping Progress to enter the IIC Partners international network. She set up the network‘s Finance Practice. Co-opted on to the Board, she was appointed European Vice Chairman of IIC Partners in 2003. She served as Board Chair from October 2006 to October 2009.
Martine Bournérias had experience with a leading headhunting search cabinet as Research Coordinator before joining Progress in 1978. She has been an Associate since 1986.
Martine Bournerias is a graduate of the Paris Institut d‘Etudes Politiques and the British Chamber of Commerce.
She took the CESA Strategic Management course (HEC management).
